1.We will process your order within 24 hours after we receive your payment. This is to ensure the product quality. If everything goes smoothly, we will ship it within 1 day.
2.We will ship your order via DHL or EMS. Delivery will take 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, this time may be extended due to unforeseeable circumstances. It’s okay to be worried about it. We hope you understand.
3.After the shipment is complete, we will email you the tracking number and actual shipping picture (the email address that you used to place the order). This will allow you to check the status of your order at any time. We will email you if we have questions after you have paid for your order.
We will send your order to factory once we have received your payment. We hope that you will let us know if you have any questions or wish to cancel the order. It is difficult to cancel the parcel once we have sent it to the factory for processing. We hope this helps you to understand.
5.If the product’s quality is no problem, we can’t to accept the return it. If there’s a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can try to wash it or clean it by alcohol, sometime it can work. We will then give the guest the appropriate compensation. If the size is small for you, or when you received your jersey, you find you don’t like it and so on, this problem we don’t accept. If you insist on returning it, please contact customer service first. We hope you are able to understand our reasoning.
